Washington Group International Enhances Commitment to Employee Development by Signing Enterprise Agreement with EduNeering, Inc.
March 23, 2006 - Princeton, N.J., and Boise, Idaho - As part of its nationally recognized employee development program, Washington Group International, a leading international engineering, construction, and management-solutions company, has signed an enterprise agreement with EduNeering, Inc., a provider of knowledge management and employee development solutions, to enhance the company's online training capabilities.
Under the enterprise agreement, Washington Group will use KnowledgeWire® to provide access to more than 300 online courses, including company-specific safety and project management training, as well as material on topics ranging from ethics to international life and culture. The courses, which will be available to the company's workforce around the world, are accessible at any time and from any computer connected to the Internet. In addition to coursework, KnowledgeWire tracks and documents employee participation, providing Washington Group International with added capabilities to evaluate employee participation, competencies and learning needs.
